Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. You will not be able to recover your private workspace after deletion.

Delete from the app or web app

1. Open Inspan and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.
4. If requested, sign in again before repeating the deletion.

If you cannot access your account

Send a deletion request to inspan.apps@gmail.com. Include the email address and username associated with the account. Never send us your password or a sign-in token. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

• your Inspan account record and private workspace database;
• private notes, tasks, places, and associated private content;
• your Firebase Authentication account;
• active contact relationships associated with the account.

What may be retained

We retain a minimal deletion record containing the former account identifier and username to prevent reassignment and accidental association with old data. It is not used for marketing or to recreate your account. Data required by law, security records, and isolated backup copies may be retained only for their applicable retention period.

When collaboration features are available, content controlled by another user or team remains. Your own contributions will be deleted or de-identified as described in our Privacy Policy.
