Terms of Service

Effective: July 31, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Inspan website, applications, and related services (the “Service”), operated by Inbook Co., Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Inspan. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use where permitted by law. Do not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of duty. Usernames must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, mislead others, or violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Inspan helps you organize notes, tasks, places, and related information. Contacts, conversations, teams, collaboration, analytics, paid features, or other functionality may be introduced, changed, or removed over time. Features may differ by platform, region, account, or release stage.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You give Inspan a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and technically modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, comply with your sharing choices, and meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where limited retention is described in our Privacy Policy or required by law.

You represent that you have the rights needed to add your content and that its storage or sharing does not violate law or another person’s rights. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important information.

5. Contacts, conversations, and teams

When collaboration features are available, you control whom you connect with and what you share, subject to workspace permissions. Team owners or administrators may manage membership, access, retention, and content within their team. Content shared with others can be copied, quoted, exported, or retained by recipients outside our control, so share carefully.

If you leave a team or delete your account, content controlled by another user or team may remain. We may remove or de-identify your attribution and contributions where appropriate. Team administrators are responsible for ensuring that their instructions and use of member data comply with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Inspan to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or encourage illegal conduct;
• harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information;
• upload malware, interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, scrape accounts, or overload infrastructure;
• send spam, phishing, unwanted bulk messages, or deceptive invitations;
• share content that is unlawfully hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise seriously harmful;
• use the Service to develop or train a competing system through automated extraction without our written permission;
• use Inspan for emergency communications or as a safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial record system where failure could cause serious harm.

7. Child safety

Inspan has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). You must not create, possess, solicit, distribute, promote, or facilitate CSAM; grooming; sextortion; trafficking; sexualization of minors; or any conduct that exploits or endangers a child.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected child exploitation to relevant authorities or child-safety organizations where required or appropriate. Reports concerning safety or prohibited content can be sent to inspan.apps@gmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

8. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement

When user-to-user sharing is available, you may report abusive users or content through the reporting tools we provide or by contacting us. We may review reports and take proportionate action, including limiting visibility, removing content, blocking access, preserving evidence, or suspending or terminating accounts. We do not undertake to monitor every communication and are not responsible for user content merely because it is transmitted through the Service.

9. Location, maps, and external services

Location and map information may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used for emergency navigation. Map tiles and external links are provided through third-party services such as OpenStreetMap and Google Maps. Their services and terms apply when you use them, and Inspan is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By using collaboration features, you agree to respect other users’ privacy and not collect or disclose their personal data without a lawful basis.

11. Paid features

Inspan is currently available without a subscription. If we offer paid features, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable platform terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to their payment and refund rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Intellectual property

Except for your content and third-party materials, the Service—including its software, design, name, logos, and documentation—is owned by Inspan or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer where prohibited, or misuse our branding.

13. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide feedback.

14. Availability and changes

The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may change or discontinue features. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces core functionality or requires you to export important content.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Inspan at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or respond to non-payment of future paid services. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal or export content.

16. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Settings. See our account deletion instructions. Deletion is irreversible. Private content and account data are deleted as explained in the Privacy Policy. Shared or team-controlled records may be deleted or de-identified while content owned by other users or teams remains.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that content, search results, maps, synchronization, or third-party services will always be accurate, complete, secure, or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inspan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Inspan’s aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Inspan during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account before they take effect.

20. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Courts with jurisdiction in Thailand may hear disputes, unless applicable consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a business reorganization subject to applicable law.
